Meeting you where you are.
Guilt Free, Maintainable, Sustainable, Home Organization.
Judgment-Free Zone
Let’s be clear: there is no shame in this game.
Every single one of us (myself included) has things in our homes that no longer serve us — and all of us can feel overwhelmed when the clutter piles up.
My job — and truly, my joy — is to help you get unstuck, not to judge or shame. This process is about progress, not perfection. We’ll take it one drawer, one closet, and one deep breath at a time.
Step One: The Purge (cue dramatic music)
Every good organization project starts with a purge. And, aside from maybe a pantry clean-out, it can feel a little… uncomfortable.
We all have invisible emotional attachments to very visible stuff. My job is to help you figure out what you’re holding onto and why.
Is it something you feel guilty getting rid of because it was expensive (but hasn’t been used in years)? A sentimental keepsake from your now-teen’s toddler days? Or maybe that slightly tacky gift from your mother-in-law you’ve been displaying out of obligation? (No judgment — we’ve all been there.)
Here’s the thing: if it’s not serving you anymore, it’s quietly weighing you down.
(Fun fact: I’ve gotten really good at selling Pelotons on Craigslist — including my own.)
These first steps are the hardest — but they get easier, and honestly, kind of fun once you get the hang of it.
Together, we’ll remove everything from the space, sort it into clear categories, and flag duplicates, damaged, or unused items for back stock, donation, or disposal.
And most importantly, we’ll keep what truly matters — the pieces that add value, beauty, or joy to your daily life.
Let’s talk stuff — and when you don’t need more of it
Here’s the truth: not every organized home requires a shopping spree. In fact, many of my clients aren’t interested in buying new bins or baskets at all — and honestly, most don’t need to.
I often borrow from Marie Kondo’s “foraged boxes in drawers” method — using what you already have in clever, satisfying ways. And let’s be real: most women (and by most, I mean every single one of us) already have an abundant basket collection. We love our pretty little vessels — so let’s put them to work! It’s surprisingly fun (and budget-friendly) to reimagine your existing pieces in fresh, functional ways.
When new storage is needed, I’ve got you covered. If you love the clean look of clear acrylic bins, I can absolutely source those for you. But I also offer sustainable alternatives that deliver the same aesthetic with a smaller carbon footprint — think glass jars, reclaimed wood bins, bamboo, or seagrass baskets.
Personally, I love incorporating storage that’s as beautiful as it is practical — countertop containers that double as art pieces, or natural textures that bring warmth to a space. And yes, sometimes plastic still makes the most sense (hello, under-sink chaos). The key is finding what fits your home, your style, and your real life.
Once we’ve sorted, then we style
Only after we’ve edited and organized your belongings do we bring in new storage solutions — bins, boxes, crates, or whatever best fits your space.
And here’s the fun surprise: once we clear the surplus, most clients realize they don’t actually need to buy a thing. Turns out, less stuff usually means fewer containers to hold it.
Now, not everyone wants a minimalist home (honestly, who does?). There’s something to be said for what I like to call “curated clutter” — the meaningful, personality-filled pieces that make a space feel alive. Especially in homes with kids, perfection isn’t the goal — livable beauty is.
So no worries, we can absolutely showcase your fabulous shoe collection or your beloved (and extensive) Bakelite treasures while gently saying goodbye to the outdated denim and decade-old magazines.
For the record, very few of us are aiming for that Kim K–level minimalism. (If you know, you know.)
A gentle reminder …
To be welcomed into anyones home is a gift. To be allowed into anyones closets is an honor. I understand how exposed one can feel and I promise to treat you and your home with respect, kindness, and patience and to honor your privacy through this transformative process.

It’s a scary thing trying to get help, but Hilary took a lot of that anxiety and fear out of the equation. Together we were able to tackle the noise and restore a sense of order and calm to my home.

I am naturally a VERY messy person with a huge side of clutter. Hilary helped me to organize my bedroom so logically and brilliantly that I am actually keeping it clean and clutter free! Nothing short of a miracle.
